Imagine that everyone on the Planet who had Internet access accepted the invitation to visit Matrix-8 and fill out a broad-based questionnaire including their wants and desires.
Imagine that the Platform could efficiently crunch the data from the questionnaires, and assign Core 8-PAC’s for everyone assuring maximum agreement.
Imagine that everyone agreed to meet in their assigned Core 8-PAC’s at 8:00 AM the next morning, and take 30 minutes to decide on their most important Goal for that day. The website provides a private video chat room for the 8 of them. Once they have their Goal expressed, they choose one of their Peers as a Delegate to speak for them at the next Level.
Then from 8:30 to 9 AM the 2nd Level Delegates meet and select their single Goal and Delegate to the 3rd Level.
Then from 9 to 9:30 the 3rd Level Delegates meet. The sequence repeats until there are no more higher Levels to form.
If every man, woman, and child were to participate in this exercise the highest Level possible would be an incomplete 11th Level. Everyone on Earth could connect up by noon!
And not only would the conversation be moving upward in the 8’s Matrix, but it would be cycling back down as well. Every Member of a Goal Group can monitor the meetings of any Level above them to know what is being decided in their name. And while they can’t directly join in the discussion, they can inject input into the higher Level meetings by texting their Delegates. This means that every Delegate at any Level above the 1st Level will be dealing directly with seven others face-to-face in their video-chatting 8-PAC meeting, plus they will be receiving text messages from the lower 8-PAC which elected them as their Delegate. (One of a Delegate’s 7 Peers from the lower Level would act as a secretary to deliver the lower Level’s messages with one voice. This would minimize the workload for their Delegate.)
Not only would these discussions be open and free, but if a Delegate’s Peers decided to replace him or her for whatever reason, they could do it in real time. It might be a little surprising to the higher Level to suddenly be dealing with a new Peer, but since their new Peer had been monitoring the proceedings, he or she could hit the ground running – hopefully elucidating the lower Level 8-PAC’s concerns more effectively than the Delegate they had just replaced.
All in all it would be one hell of a morning’s work! And after a good lunch – now that the world knows what it wants, who knows what might be accomplished next?

As far as buying Cc’s – they’re not for sale….They will be issued by the very Group that you and I are building now. Just as on Steemit, where Value is assigned by the Group – once viewed in retrospect–and our boulder is rolling pell-mell down the other side of the mountain–the value of what you had done to create that epochal change will be greatly rewarded in the Tokens I envision. I have styled the Tokens – KLU’s, for Knowledge, Leadership, Understanding. They are pronounced clues’. “If you’re not a member of the Matrix-8 Platform – you haven’t got a KLU!”
Your concept of “A Plan for Peace” is a mirror image of where I started. (I’m curious to know whether your inspiration to revive it was before or after you encountered my Matrix-8 system.) I too initially envisioned grouping family, friends, and neighbors into expanding groups. It was when I discovered Crowdfunding that I realized it would be common Causes that would attract people to such a system. And once in – they would have no reason to ever leave. After their first Cause was handled or not – they would instruct the system to alert them to other Groups that were forming in line with other Causes they might have.
Herein is the incredible power of this system. It will continue to build on itself. Individual entrepreneurs with Causes of their own to promote can utilize the same open-source system to get funded. As you may have seen, I call it CauseFunding. Any profits they generate in their activities would be their own. But the strength of the system is that anyone who joins they are group would also be anonymously registered in the larger group.
Your initial consideration that perhaps the Powers that Shouldn’t Be had undone my post on Steemit is quite rational. If those SOB’s knew what we’re planning they would nip it in the bud. My consideration is that by the time any notice of our labors alerts them – it will be too late!

Yes i play ping-pong, or as i know it – table tennis. My mum still has a full size (is there any other size?) table tennis table in her garage in the UK. Perhaps i’ll set it up next time i go.
