The Matrix-8 Structure as a Fractal

The Matrix-8 Structure

As a Fractal

What I am proposing as an Organizing System for a Matrix-8 Platform can be represented as a Fractal. The 8-PAC (8 People in Active Communication) is the basic unit. When an initial 8-PAC is complete, it is called a 1st Level 8-PAC. Since the whole system is based on the progression of groups of 8, I chose Fractals of Cubes for illustration – cubes being regular figures made up of 8 corners. These graphics should make the Matrix-8 progression of Groups of 8 much easier to grasp.

The image below shows how these cubes grow and interconnect from 1st Level 8-PAC’s into a 3rd Level Group. The tiny cubes represent 1st Level 8-PAC’s with 8 people in them – one at each corner of each tiny cube. 8 of those 1st Level 8-PAC’s form a larger Cube – this is a 2nd Level Group of 64 Participants. Then, 8- 2nd Level Groups form a larger Cube of 512 people at the 3rd Level.

In this image there are 64- 1st Level Groups, 8- 2nd Level Groups, and 1- 3rd Level Group.

Each 8-PAC at any Level selects a Delegate to talk for it. When he or she is joined by 7 other Delegates from the 7 other 8-PAC’s at its Level – those 8 Delegates form an 8-PAC at the next Level. The Fractal just keeps growing, Level by Level, as more and more Participants join the Cause Group. In this way, each 8-PAC on each Level is exactly the same form as all other 8-PAC’s in the Matrix.

For example, 8 Delegates from 8- 1st Level 8-PAC’s, form an 8-PAC on the 2nd Level. When a 2nd Level 8-PAC is complete, the 8 Members select a Delegate to speak for them. When there are 8 complete 2nd Level PAC’s, with their 8 Delegates, those Delegates form a complete 3rd Level 8-PAC, etc. And the Matrix just keeps growing – with conversation cycling up from the 1st Level 8-PAC’s to the higher levels, then back down again. This process continues until Actionable Accords are agreed to and acted upon. After that, if their business is complete, they can disband. If they have more to do, they just continue on in the same structure.

This next graphic is a bit more impressive. Outlined in Blue is a 1st Level 8-PAC, made up of 8 Participants. The Red is a 2nd Level Group (64 people); Green is a 3rd Level Group of 512 (like the first image above). And it continues to grow – Orange is a 4th Level Group (4,096); and Purple is a complete 5th Level Group (32,768).

Each following Level is 8 X the last. Shown outside the Purple Cube, is a portion of the next Level: Level 6, which when complete, contains 8 X the 5th Level – or 8 X 32,768 = 262,144 people. And on it goes…. The whole world’s population would fit within an incomplete 11th Level.
